Promotions & Discount Terms

Last updated: October 30, 2026

These terms apply to every discount, promo code, sale and free-shipping offer at robbiesrocks.com. Each offer below lists its own details. If an offer's details differ from the general terms, the offer's details apply.

General terms for all offers

  • One code per order. Only one promo code can be used per order. Codes can't be combined with any other discount, code or promotion unless the offer below says so.
  • Online only. Offers are valid only at robbiesrocks.com. They can't be used on Whatnot, at live shows or in person.
  • Not valid on: gift card purchases, past orders, taxes or shipping (unless it's a shipping offer).
  • Gift cards. No discount applies when you buy a gift card. Gift cards, including mailed holiday gift cards, can be used to pay for discounted orders. Robbie's Rocks gift cards don't expire.
  • Minimum purchase amounts are based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes, unless the offer below says otherwise.
  • Times are Central Time (CT). An offer starts and ends at the times shown for that offer.
  • One of one. Every piece is a single item, and the first paid order gets it. A discount doesn't hold or reserve an item, and there are no rain checks.
  • No price adjustments. Discounts can't be applied after an order is placed or to orders placed before an offer started.
  • Returns and refunds. Returns and refunds are for the discounted price you actually paid. Sale and discounted items follow our Refund Policy. If a return brings an order below an offer's minimum, the discount may be taken out of your refund.
  • No cash value. Codes can't be exchanged for cash or credit, and can't be sold or transferred.
  • Personal codes. Codes sent to you personally (like birthday or welcome-back offers) are for your use only. We may cancel orders that use codes shared publicly or used in a way that breaks these terms.
  • Pricing errors. We may cancel and refund orders placed at an obvious pricing or code error.
  • Changes. We may end or change an offer early only to fix errors, fraud or abuse.
  • Holiday shipping. Delivery dates aren't guaranteed. We'll post our holiday ship-by date here once USPS confirms it.
  • Void where prohibited.
